Ini++ v1.5 Beta Release

Hey everybody,

Here is a beta version of Ini++ v1.5 for you to try out. By this I mean it is a release that I hope works, but it might possibly not work properly, so don’t rely on it for a week or two.

I had previously released a version of Ini++ v1.5 which was terrible. All the delay has been trying to make this version better. Extra features include it now working, but also the integration with the Chart object all works for the planned release, which will hopefully be in the next week too.
